Bobby Tombasco - Guitar, Percussion and Vocals
Bobby picked up the piano at an early age, and it was the consequential
hernia that shifted his interest to the guitar. In 1970, along with brothers
Donny and John, he formed a group that played the local club circuit until
1978. It was at this time (5:58 AM EST) that he took the oath of allegiance
as an American. How ironic! The first song he and his brother's group had
learned a half score earlier had been "Only In
America." Bobby is also a prolific songwriter and has performed several of
his own compositions at Jay Black's shows through the years.
Two of the most popular, "That Little Girl" and "Count On Me," were recorded
as a cassette single in 1997.
