Steven Donaghey - Bass Guitar and Vocals
Born in Detroit, Michigan on 5/20/52, Steven's "big break" in show business
came in 1974 playing bass in Barry Manilow's City Rhythm band. During the
Manilow years, which lasted until 1978, Steven moved from Detroit to New
York, where he lives today. Other musical endeavors that Steven has been
involved in include work with Lady Flash, Ron Dante (the voice of The
Archies), Melissa Manchester, and Martha Reeves. Steven did cabaret and club
work with performers such as Bonnie Franklin, the late Larry Kert, Tammy
Grimes, and the late Laurie Beechman. Since May 1984, Steven has been with Jay Black
and is also working with John Stewart
(from The Kingston Trio) and Jim Dawson.
